Food Intelligence For Children is a new, comprehensive programme that takes the children on an exciting journey of discovery as they start to ask, ‘What is in this food?’ ‘How good is this food for me?’ and ‘How is this food made?’

    Christine trained as a florist in London. The 5 year training included many creative topics and the commercial elements needed to make a business function. It wasn’t long and during her training, she started asking herself a fundamental question: ‘Why do people buy flowers?’

    After moving to Australia to join her parents in 1968, and when her babies were small, she attended the University of Canberra and studied to become a teacher. In her 3rd Semester, the university published her research on the Rites of Passage; this went, in some part, to answer her original question.

    She has majors in Psychology. She has also studied at Bruce TAFE College and Reading University.

    She is a business woman and has had businesses in good and poor economic times. She has continued her teaching and taught in many schools, colleges, grammar schools and TAFE. She has been a tutor at the University of Canberra, given many lectures and been a regular speaker on BBC Radio and Television.

    She has authored a large number of articles on different topics in the print media.

    She has also experienced her own difficult life situations. It’s this background that allows her to write the books she writes and to develop the training packages she does.
